Furthermore, the SEC refused to give the Petitioner’s prayer on the grounds that there were no benefits in it and the Commission would continue with the existing provisions to select Election Symbol on the ballot paper.

DMC 1957 law

Advocating HS Gehlot represents the applicant claiming that the DMC 1957 law states that Board members are chosen with direct elections based on adult rights from various wards consisting of corporations on candidates for political parties.

Therefore, the SEC must elect to choose a candidate and not parties. The presence of a symbol ordered on the ballot paper is a violation of the basic rights and other constitutional rights of the community.
